Process
After reading and aggreeing to my T.O.S, you can send me your brief with all the informations above.
I will then send you an invoice on paypal, and you'll have 24h to pay it or the commission will be declined.
After the payment, I'll add you to my waitlist, and I will work on your commission according to your place on my Trello. I can dm you to tell you that I am working on your commission if you'd like.
When I finish the sketch, I will send it to you to confirm it and I will continue.
After I finish your commission, I will send the result for you to confirm it, and then I will send it on your email in high quality.

By commissioning me in any kind of way for any type of artwork or creative piece, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
My Working Schedule
About my Working Schedule, I will work on commissions from Monday to Friday, I will not work on commissions the week-end so I can work on personal projects.

Personal commissions
Personal use only.
Personal commission is not allowed to be used for financial gain. (such as : using art for promotion, produce commercial products etc.)
Please do not use it as NFT or AI.
Can be used for :
Social medias (Instagram, Twitter..) posts
Twitch/Social medias pfps
Printing it for yourself (no intention of selling)
Commercial commissions
Commercial use is +20% the final price.
Commercial use + Merchandising is +100% the final price.
Every commissions will be considered as personal use unless otherwise stated.
I. General Terms
The client is 18 or above or has a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the terms of service as listed below.
First come, first serve. Otherwise, rush fees can be applied if you need me to work on your commission first.
I will only work if clear references are provided. You can send them in pngs and jpgs files or links to pdfs or google drive. I will not work with only ideas or no references.
You can make big changes in sketch, and some change in color draft but no big changes will be accepted after you confirm the final piece. Maximum of 3 revisions per commission.
I have the right to decline your commission if I do not feel comfortable with it.
The completion time can vary, it can take 1-2 weeks or more depending on my work load. You can check the progression of your comission on my Trello. Since I'm a student, I can be busy sometimes so please be patient with me. But I will try to be as fast as possible!
You can always contact me to ask about the commission progress but please avoid spam (ex. asking everyday for updates)
I will send the final piece in high quality via email or google drive link, with a transparent .png file.
II. Payment
All commissions must be paid in FULL upfront. If your commission is 100+€ you can pay 50% upfront and 50% when the final piece is finished.
If your commission is listed far in the queue, you can request to pay full upfront when it's your turn.
Payment will only be made through Paypal invoice.
All commissions will be charged in EURO € only. If you are using another currency, the price needs to match the conversion in EURO € with transfer fee's added.
You can request a refund only if I haven't started to work on your commission yet, otherwise there will be no refund if I started working on the commission.
Therefore, there will be no refunds after I have started to work unless I decided to cancel the commission for any reasons at any time. Otherwise I will refund 100% of the money.
Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the character.
II. a. Reservation/Waitlist
I can accept people in my waitlist, and I will contact them before I'm opening commissions.
If the client failed to answer within 48 hours after I sent them a message, I will automatically assume they don't want the commission anymore, therefore I will remove them from my commission list and cancel their slot.
III. Copyright/Usage policy
I, Saechimiya, hold every rights to the artwork. Do not claim the files as your own. I reserve the right to take any appropriate legal action in the case of unauthorized use of my work.
Therefore I, the artist, am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to :
Promote myself within any place, social medias and site. Or using it in my portfolio.
To display it and post it anywhere to my liking.
The commissioner is allowed to :
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. (ex : credits of the artwork goes to @saechimiya on instagram)
The commissioner is NOT allowed to :
Taking credits and claiming that they made the artwork.
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way that isn't streaming)
Removing any watermarks or signatures.
Altering the artwork without my consent.
AI and NFT use are strictly PROHIBITED.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted and you will be blacklisted.

Who created your OC?

Can I use your art for edits/profile pictures ?
Using my art for edits/profile pictures is fine as long as you credit me but please do not use commission because they belong to the client only.
Can I repost your art/edits ?
I do not allowed repost of my edits. I only allow repost of my art if there is PROPER CREDITS. I don't allow repost without credits and especially if the art is a commission from a client.
What art program/tablet do you use ?
I use Procreate on my iPad Pro 12.9" 2022.
What brushes do you use ?
Free brush packs I use : Jingsketch Basics, Nilym hair 022, Petra's pencil.
Favorite brush pack (not free) : Art4Anj Smooth pack. This is my favorite pack and all the brushes are amazing :)
What editing program do you use ?
I mainly use Canva as my editing program.
Phonto : to add the texts
Remini : for a better quality
Pinterest : for inspiration and pictures
IbisPaintX : for backgrounds/graphics
Are you going to make art tutorials ?
Yes I will when I'll feel more comfortable with my art. ^^
How can I commission you ?
First, check if my commissions are open.
Read my T.O.S and agree with them before commissioning me.
Either commissiong me on VGen or Fill up the order form and sent it to me on my email or on Instagram or Twitter.
How can I check the progression of my commissions?

Why are the prices so "expensive" ?
Please restrain yourself from asking me this! I think that my prices are reasonable and low compared to most artists. I estimated my prices based on how much time it takes me to do it and I do not want to overwork myself for a price I think is too low for me.
Remember that I have bills to pay and that ART IS A LUXURY, my prices might be too expensive for you, but I try to make them reasonable!
So please if you have a problem with my prices then it might not be for you and it's fine !
